When you use the SheLifts website, start a free trial or become a member, we may collect information including your name, surname, email address, mobile number, membership and subscription information, communication preferences and information you voluntarily provide to us.
Payment information is processed securely through Paystack. SheLifts does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
2. Why we collect your information
We use your personal information to:
• create and manage your SheLifts membership;
• provide access to the SheLifts training and wellness platform through Everfit;
• process and manage subscriptions and payments;
• send account, membership and service-related communications;
• provide customer support;
• maintain and improve our website and services; and
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to provide the SheLifts service. These may include Paystack for payment processing, Everfit for membership and app access, Zapier for automated account workflows, and our website hosting and technology providers.
